That looks like the Keyspan USA-19HS
http://www.keyspan.com/products/usa19hs/

It has a DB-9 RS-232 port. You'll need a cable that has the Mac Serial
plug (mini DIN-8) on one end and a DB9 connector on the other.

If you have an old Mac Serial Cable to use, you should get the USA-28XG
that has 2 RS-422 Mini DIN-8 ports. http://www.keyspan.com/products/usa28xg/
