[NTLK] Fix2010 code release

Folks
Following the recent discussion about the 2010 bug, I have asked Avi Drissman to release the source code to everyone. He is asking some questions and not having the requisite experience, I can't answer them. So I pass on his questions (see below) along with some of my own; since the answers will be of interest to the whole community, please feel free to post your answers through newtontalk:
  1.. What licensing should he release the code under?
  2.. After we figure out the licensing what should I do with the code?

Hi! It's kinda freaky, isn't it? When I wrote Fix2010, 2010 was some abstract idea way out there. Now it's looming, eh?

I was about to write you something like, "When I released Fix2010, because it was an ugly hack I included the source." But then I checked and realized that I didn't. Whoa! Talk about faulty memories.

Attached is a zip file of the source. What's the preferred licensing for you guys nowadays? Would BSD work?

(Urgh; I meant to release source for everything a while ago. Thanks for reminding me...)
