Re: [NTLK] Read Notes on OS X?

Just to set the record straight with regards to NCX export:

NCX can export drawings (containing a mix of text and ink) from Works
into a TIFF.
NCX will NOT export sketches from Notes; only the text into a RTF.
This omission is something I am working on. Meanwhile if you can get
your sketches from Notes to Works (using Twerx, say) you can export
that way.

With regards to mailing a note sketch using Mail V:

You need to choose the ‘Image (GIF)’ format in the routing slip. This
format works only on plain notes -- no checklists or other kinds of
stationery. The note will then be sent as a GIF.

The .nwt attachment is sent when you choose the default format in the
routing slip, but choose not to send ‘Text Only’. It contains the note
in Newton format so it can be viewed when received by another Newton.

Hope this clarifies things somewhat.

Simon
