Thanks John. I also have used PowerBookMedic and had good service with
them. I mentioned OWC because at the particular time I last needed to buy
stuff for my Pismos, their price happened to be slightly better and as I
say, I've never had trouble with them myself.

I'll have to think twice for my next purchase, I guess.
