I don't have one, but if you do find on for a reasonable price in the
US, you can ship to my State-side, and it can come with the rest of my
mail, that I get once a month. Adding one book--even a heavy
one--doesn't cost anywhere near as much as the book by itself--add no
more than a couple USD to the cost. Then, I can ship to you--probably
no more than 30zl (10Euro). So, if ever you find something, let me
know. Write me off-list if you want my shipping address in the US--I
have two, actually, a PO box, and street address (PO box is
preferred).
