I wish there was a simpler method, but there isn't. Basically, to get
an existing typeface wedged into the Newton, you need to start with
Macintosh formatted bitmap data and then convert it to a TrueType sbit
resource. There are tools available for doingthee various parts of
this, but I have never gotten around to properly documenting step by
step instructions.

The closest thing we have right now is Paul Guyot's slightly more
advanced documentation (as mentioned in my presentation slides).
