[NTLK] Einstein fixes and Albert OS

Hi friends of the Newton,

as announced earlier, I am investing some hours into OpenEinstein again.

So here are the current changes:

  * fixed a bug that would give the wrong time on MS Windows
  * implemented a handfull of functions toward Albert OS

The MSWindows and Mac OS X installers can be downloaded at
code.google.com .

Albert OS is part of the Einstein Subversion repository, including a
short README which explains what Albert OS is all about. The MS
Windows binaries already use Albert OS functions. If you have trouble
and unexpected crashes, please drop me a line.
