There are a bunch of UMPCs which run (or can run) Windows XP Tablet.
Most of them are around Newton size. (i.e. Samsung Q1.) There is even
a uPC which is smaller than a Newton from OQO.

The problem, of course, is that instead of an operating system
designed to be used with a stylus (or your finger), you're stuck
using WinXP. (Whether one likes or dislikes WinXP, one has to admit
that it was designed for a mouse.)
