To clarify a bit of list etiquette, both Ryan and Knowledge Navigator
are certainly welcome to post items for sale to the list. However,
Knowledge Navigator's announcement should have been posted separately,
not as a reply to Ryan's message.
Also, please remember to prefix the subject lines of posts containing
items for sale with [FS].
