I believe an SMTP error 550 is related to your "Reply To:" address not matching the login address. The server thinks you want to use it to relay SPAM and it doesn't want to allow you to do that.

Fix the email address in your setup to match the address you're logging in with or, use an SMTP server that will accept your "Reply To:" address.
