[NTLK] Y2010 Fix

I have to install the 2010 fix within the month, Can I get the exact procedure for installing it on my newt without killing it?

After checking with David, it turned out that there were still some leftovers 
f the older Fix2010 package on his Newton. Things are fine with just the
