Thank you, Rick, for your reply.

I have followed your suggestion and changed the Local IP Address to
192.168.0.100, leaving the Primary DNS/Name Server Address as it was
(that's the IP address of the Apple Airport).

Unfortunately, the problems remain unchanged.
