[NTLK] Hardware problems caused by 2010 fix

Seems like this one did not make it to the list since I sent it from
the wrong accounts. My favourite mistake by far...

Just out of curiosity, because so many people reported
they have the fix installed: What is the use of installing
the 2010 fix before the end of 2009??
