A special version of the ROM (the debugging image) came with the
debugging toolkit (and C Toolkit IIRC). You can find it on unna.org.
Look for "Senior CirrusNoDebug image". It is not a pur ROM image, but
contains additional imformation specifically for writing and debugging
drivers.
