[NTLK] RECEIVED SOME STRANGE MAIL

Hello List members,
Not sure who administers the list at this point so i figured i would
post this query here. I received an email from a
DOUBLEBLANK@GMAIL.COM, today that stated the following:

Please do not post on Newton Knowledge: any links to businesses,
including Newtonsales, will be deleted.

I have the original email and such i can send to whomever monitors the
list. My question is, who exactly is the sender and to who's authority
do they control what does and does not get posted to a public users group.
