And the as-yet unreleased new Maemo (Nokia N8xx-series, though that'll change) device, the SDK for which has been released, is rumored to include 3G data connectivity, but not voice. (But of course, if the data connection is always on, you can run Skype or other solutions to have a phony "phone" in it as well.)
