Same here. Had the little modem (still do) and used my OMP to send
eMail one evening to MuchMusic when Joni Mitchell was performing live
and got a response from her to my question--still have the eMail on
my Newton, of course!
eWorld was a wonderful place. At the time I was developing a page for
it and still have the hypercard tools for building and simulating an
eWorld page/"web site". The potential of the Internet was something
no-one really realised at that time so eWorld's days were numbered
before they began. It's a sad thing because it had a great flavour to
it--unmatched by anything at the time or since.
I Was there when the ePlug was pulled, and still miss it!
