I have had this problem, in fact, just a few weeks ago.

Freeze Works Better if you have that package installed, it can cause NetHopper add ons to either not load or not work properly.

Second, make sure NetHopper and NetHopper add ons are installed on the SAME store.

Reset your Newton a few times and it should work.

Yes, I got the add-ons from there. unless the files that are hosted
there are corrupt, then I don't know. Is anybody else having the same
problem?
