Also, I updated the article a bit to remove any doubt about the Apple branded Airport cards, and added a link to Hiroshi's wifi driver - as much as I am against links in this ever changing web of nothingness and somethingness.
All the best,
Ryan

Hi Leo:
If you read the instructions over at www.thisoldmac.ca/wordpress, it tells you the model of the card I used. Run a search on Google to try and find it for sale. If you have troubles finding it let me know.
The reason Apple's Airport is not recognized is because it is a proprietary card not usable in a PC Card slot. These OEM cards, like the one mentioned in my instructions, do fit into PC Card slots, and ALSO fit in Airport Card slots. I had 4 of these: 1 ended up with Doug Parker, the other in my 2400c, and yet another in my Newton 2100, and finally, the last one ended up in my iBook Clamshell. Works on all devices without a hitch.
Just be sure to carefully read everything in my instructions and you won't have any trouble.
As I mentioned, as long as I am able, I will do this upgrade for free for anyone wanting it. Just have your unit and parts ready and ship it to me.
All the best,
Ryan
