If you're missing some files, I wonder if just zipping up the files and sending
them to you might work? Unfortunately I don't know if any of them rely on any
registry entries to work.

I went to the site and tried it. I could not find most of the files
such as CDIL and HANDLE.dll. QF exchange thinks the comm port is in
use. No other comm app does this. Hmmmmm.
