The iPhone screen is nice.

I did also find that article to be entertaining.  Sure, the Newton can approach the functionality of the iPhone for communications, but it becomes unwieldly.  All those cards sticking out...

Mind you, like the Newton, but what is superficial about the iPhone screen?  It can play video, color, and even touch?

Interesting, Grant.  But I have to admit, it frustrates me when people
compare the iPhone's pretty but superficial screen with the Newton's screen
that actually can do something useful.  It's like comparing a
pistol-twirling "gunslinger" on Ye Olde Wild West Dude Ranch with a real
gunfighter like John Wesley Hardin or Wyatt Earp.
