One of the sites I was testing which always get cut off is
<http://www.unna.org/unna/>. It's a small (only 2792 bytes + headers),
text-only (except the file/folder icons, which Courier ignores anyway)
page and it always gets cut off immediately after the "fonts/" link. I
compared with a couple other pages that get cut off and while they all
get cut off early, it doesn't appear to be the same or similar number
of bytes each time.
