[NTLK] Newton server

[SteveCraft]

Would anyone (could anyone) consider changing their port of their server
from 8080 to 81? Many places (like my employer) lock down outbound port
access beyond 1024.

Mine is still up, but it does need a kick in the pants every once in a  
while.
