[NTLK] Adding HWR to NewtonWorks Calculator

Is there a package that adds HWR to the NewtonWorks Calculator?  I  
have installed WorksBetter that adds handwriting recognition to the  
word processor.

Or, if there is no package yet, would it be difficult to develop one?
