I don't have Battery Type, but I do have Nicks SoftCharge available for download from my site:
http://www.tek-ed.com/
It does the same thing. Make sure to read the readme for details.

I'm heck if I can find that in UNNA - anyone have a lead on where this
package might be? Or what alternate packages might do the same thing?
I assume it lets me choose the battery type in my Newt so the batt
gauge reads correctly.

Battery Buddy doesn't seem to do it, for what it's worth.
