Well, it turns out I never downloaded the DCL source code all those  
years ago; just the compliled applications. Luckily Paul is still  
hosting all of his applications and a couple of sourcecode snapshots.  
He's also added DCL to sourceforge, but I can't access it through CVS  
(keep getting connection errors). You were right Morgan. PBBookMaker  
and NESPackager sample code exists in the DCL source. You can find it  
in the cvs snapshot.
