It is unfortunately a lot of work for that purpose. As Matthias wrote, you need to work with the NCT or DDK, which requires a 68k capable environment (BasiliskII, MacOS 10.4 or a real 68k Mac).

Note that the addresses of the Voyager chipset depend on the device model, so needed to detect the model before calling the functions. Normally, you'd be able to use the public jumptables.
