No, there probably are not. I suppose my point was (and it got lost somewhere): perhaps something to consider is that since you can't realistically include all the most-used languages, which ones DO you include?

Perhaps you could include, at the start before the home page loads, a survey requesting the user choose a language preference. If it's not German or English, you could say "Coming Soon!" or something similar...and go from there.
