Yes, this is a known issue and we never found the cause. I would go deeper into it, but I can't make Einstein hang anymore (it used to, but now it no longer does for me, and bugs that I can't see are close to impossible to debug. I'm just sorry that it still happens to some users.

Oh! Hmmm. Maybe the two are related. I will verify this here.

Yes, the next version will offer a choice of resolutions, and likely a smoothing check box. It used to do that, but somehow that functionality was lost... .
