I'm curious as to where the author of the story got this:

I say this because the person selling it initially described it as a "protoype," then updated the listing with this information:

I'm not saying the MacNN writer (the story is attributed to "staff") is necessarily wrong.  I'm only wondering how/where they obtained that "less than 400" figure.
