1.  Find a cheese shop in town; ask for cheese curds. You'll need at least 4oz: 2oz for the poutine and 2oz for nibbling:

2.  Having bought the curds, hie thee to a KFC to purchase "Medium Fries"and an "Individual Gravy".
3.  At home, while the ingredients are yet hot: put fries in a bowl, add 2oz of curds on top, pour on the gravy.
4.  Thus be 'poutine de la maison".
5.  Bacon bits can be added if so needy.
