Ugh! I know food is all just a matter of opinion, but mine is telling me,
that is hideous! I like burgers, I like poutine, but THAT? Trust a
Chicagoan to do that. With apologies to Chicagoans, it's nothing personal
but after all, there must be something about being the railway hub where
East met West back in the day that inclined people to mosh things together
that are better separate.

OTOH, Chicago also gave us some great blues and great jazz, and it's the
name given to one of my favourite fonts (I'm a dinosaur, sosumi) so all's
forgiven. :-)

The guy who wrote that article must've been to one amazing party last
weekend. He's still hallucinating and he plainly had a ferocious case of
the munchies, the kind where you say, "hot dogs dipped in treacle, rolled in
cockroaches and then deep fried in motor oil? Sure!!"

Or to use his words: "It's poutine on top of a burger. There is honestly no
way to do this badly." Sorry pal, there is. You just ate it.

But what do I know? Nothing! I wouldn't eat curried lamb poured over
chocolate chip cookies either.

Shalom,

Christian
