[NTLK] Questions for those using Serial Channel 3

Quick question. Can the USB-001 (or more accurately SerPort 3 really be 
reliably run at 115200?  According to the N2 platform docs, it supposedly 
tops out at 38400, but the USB-001 enabler seems to include a 115200 baud 
rate.

Aside, I've read that Port 0 should be able to run at 230400bps... But 
this doesn't seem to be the case.  It runs actually runs at 115200 even 
though you select 230400.
