In fact RoughDisarm and Einstein's UDisarm.cp have two distinct origins.

Einstein's disassembler, which is used with the built-in Monitor, comes from NetBSD. It wasn't mentioned in these files (by mistake) but the copyright definitely appears in the documentation.

RoughDisarm on the other hand comes from libopcodes (GNU's binutils). This is mentioned at the top of the file.

And actually, I used a third tool which I called BetterDisArm. I believe it was an improved version of RoughDisarm. Judging from my mail archives, the source code might have been lost.
