You can do Bluetooth using Eckhart Köppen's Blunt
<http://40hz.org/Pages/Blunt> and a Pico Card PCMCIA card or AmbiCom
Air2Net Compact Flash card.

There are cellular GPRS cards that work in some non-US GSM bands.
