If you have followed @newtoncity2 you will see i am progressing on my license key generating. Now when i license is generated a private email to the app owner is sent so they know the event has occurred, what app, and the purchaser. There is no need to do anything, the note is just for information. It also tweets to the @newtoncity2 twitter account so people can find out about that app and maybe register for it too.

Now that i know the feature works i will be disabling the twitter notice so that people don't get spammed while testing the rest of the process.
