I don't know if I ever mentioned here, but a couple years ago, a poutine
fast food joint opened up here in Krakow. We went, but I was terribly
disappointed. They didn't use cheese curds, just some kind of chedder. I
still haven't been within a reasonable drive of any poutine place that
serves good poutine...
