[NTLK] Fake 40MB Intel Series 2+ card - NEED HELP!

Yes that certainly looks fake to me.

If in the event the seller will not provide you with a refund I would go to eBay directly for it. The company can demand  the seller give you a refund, or it can refund your money and go after him/her itself.

In 2002 I bought a 5V older memory storage card from an eBay seller, which was purchased for my Apple QuickTake 250 camera. From the moment I installed it into the camera it did not operate correctly—in a very short time it actually damaged the QuickTake, making it unresponsive.

I sought a refund; and, when the seller claimed it was working correctly and refused, I contacted eBay and did receive a refund. Sadly though nothing could be done about the ruined QuickTake.
