[NTLK] What Ethernet (not wifi) cards work with Newton 2100?

Hi Florian,

That looks very useful. I have a bronze an silver WaveLAN card. So i was
happy to see the link to Hiroshi's drivers. But that page seems to be down.
I found it before years ago on this site but that link is also severed. Do
you know how I can get hold of it again?
