[NTLK] Ser-001 Pins

Wow. 15 years have passed.

  In the stowaway case,  I had to use that pin to toggle a wake-up signal
in the keyboard.   But it's not used after that.

   The Newton does not need the signals for vanilla serial comms,  but the
comms protocol for  package installing,  etc does need it.
