[NTLK] Starting up NewtonScript programming

Just a little update. I managed to get EInstein to run on Windows. I will have to fix a bunch off issues, but it will be good enough to develop apps with it. Now Basilisk will hopefully also compile, so that we can write apps on all common operating systems. Yay!
