[NTLK] How to open .bin file

OK, I tried using The Unarchiver. Opening k-diags-1.4.3.bin.gz gave me
k-diags-1.4.3.bin. Opening k-diags-1.4.3.bin gave me k-diags-1.4.3.bin.cpgz.
