I unpacked and repacked all the software from a windows 2000 original UNNA download as it supports 16 bit.  Did this as an experiment and repacked it with innosetup software a while back for testing.  Still may need a slowdown app depending on how fast the computer is.

If anyone needs ncu 1.0 for a really old newt I don’t think that package had a 32 bit binary at all.  I had no luck with that one.
