It's for an eMate. That's my guess.

I think yellow-7 shows what might be:

A) two views of the same thing from different sides, or
B) two different things,

so it's a puzzle within a puzzle.

I was going to say that yellow-7 shows two views of the same thing,
but I can't confirm that. I think green-6 is the felt that, probably
with sticky stuff on the other side, goes on the bottom of yellow-7.
So it appears to be something with some thickness, that is cushioned
on one side, and provides some sort of border, boundary, recess,
indentation, or something for perhaps raising something, keeping
something from moving, or, or-and keeping something from marring the
surface of something else.

The outlines of yellow-7 and green-6 are the same, but reversed,
that's the clue that links them. What's curious to me is that sharp,
45° angle clipped off in the upper left of the right-hand image in
yellow-7. I looked at an eMate, looking for where it might force Frank
to have to cut the little 45 to make it fit, but I can't conclude
anything.

BTW, I replaced the number 7 with an 8 in the URL to see if the next
image was sitting there, in the directory, waiting to be leaked, but
it's not. :-P I call that being clever, not cheating.
