[NTLK] Newton programming project — sortable lists

One project I'd like to use to dip my toe into the programming waters would
be a utility that would allow me to make lists, where every foil (I think
that's the technical name for the different selection choices in a multiple
choice question) becomes draggable so I can sort the items at will.

Maybe there's already something that does that in the UNNA universe...
