[NTLK] Einstein (x64) Version Works OK with NCU via TCP (Ralph)

I guess that the moral of this 'epic tale' is that the Einstein
Newton emulator works fine for docking using TCP on a network connction.
All of the issues with docking are caused by the old PC-based
NCU application.
