Some of the emails say, "Reply to this email directly, view it on GitHub,
or unsubscribe," in the footer and can be replied to. These are usually
comments on Issues <https://github.com/pguyot/Einstein/issues> or Pull
Requests <https://github.com/pguyot/Einstein/pulls>. (I also "watch" the
Einstein repo  and some of the emails I get have the usual "To:" & "From:"
addresses, but do not contain the aforementioned text, and I'm not sure
what happens if you reply to those.)

When replying, your email client should include some of the original
message headers, in addition to the subject & recipient, which will help
GitHub handle the reply appropriately. GitHub will parse your reply and add
a comment to the appropriate issue or pull request. Of course, you probably
have to send the reply from the email address which is registered to your
'FrankFromPdaSoft' GitHub account.

Unfortunately, it's not a full mailing list type service, so there's not
currently a way to create a new issue or pull request by sending a new
email. For that, you'll still want to visit the Einstein GitHub repo in
your browser, the GitHub Desktop app <https://desktop.github.com>, one of
their mobile apps, or even their command line interface <
https://cli.github.com>.
