Continuation of my previous message… 

To retrieve a note (or several using multiple selection on the Mac), watch this video:

Here the example is done on an Audio Note, but it's the same for a Text Note.
You drop the note(s) into a folder on your Mac and voilà! 
You end up with your notes in .rtf format. 
C'est beau la vie en vert ! ((Life is beautiful in green))

Please note, however, that in order to access this “files“, you must first have made a backup of the Newton in NCX. 
This is done on the files saved by NCX. The advantage is that you can work without even having your Newton connected. 
And therefore on backups of several years back, which can be very interesting (obviously for that it will have been necessary to make from time to time backups with NCX that goes without saying.)
