It's from the Newton Developer Support folks; it's an example of how to
program a NewtonWorks stationery. Basically a blank piece of paper to
draw on. Nothing fancy.
I found my copy in the sample code on the Developers area of Planet
Newton.
(There's also a database for NewtWorks called eBase, from a company in
Scotland)
