Yes, I've ran into a similar problem, but it turned out the printer wasn't
accessible from the network. The IT folks fixed the problem, and I was able to
access the printer through Ethernet again. The only 2 things I couldn't fix,
even when using JetAdmin, are that I could change the name of the printer on
Ethernet but immediately after I printed to it, it would revert to some default
name like "HP LaserJet 5si4". The other thing is that I've been unable to print
to the "Letter" size tray. My print jobs would always default to the bottom
tray, which was loaded with legal paper. I've switched the paper in tray #2 and
#3, and now I can print using letter size. This was happening even if JetAdmin
was reporting that the default tray (or size?) was #2 (or Letter?).
